Neck Pain
Neck pain ranges from a stiff, achy neck to sharp pain with restricted movement, often accompanied by tension headaches or radiating arm pain.
What it is
Neck pain ranges from a stiff, achy neck to sharp pain with restricted movement, often accompanied by tension headaches or radiating arm pain.
Common symptoms
- Stiff, painful neck — especially in the morning
- Sharp pain when turning the head
- Tension headaches at the base of the skull
- Shoulder and upper back tightness
- Numbness or tingling into the arm or hand
What's actually causing it
Most neck pain today is driven by prolonged screen time, poor posture, old whiplash injuries, and joint dysfunction in the upper cervical spine.
What happens if you ignore it
Chronic neck strain progresses to cervical disc degeneration, arthritis, and pinched nerves. Patients develop ongoing headaches, jaw tension, and arm weakness — and many wake up one morning to a 'sudden' problem that was actually building for years. Catching it early prevents the structural changes that are difficult to reverse.
What recovery looks like
Gentle, specific cervical adjustments combined with soft-tissue work and posture rehab restore motion and end the pain cycle for most patients.
